- LOCAL ORDERS
You can expect to receive your order within 3 – 5 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary however we will work as quickly and efficient as possible to get your order to you and keep you updated on its progress.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently ship to the following countries only: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Canada and United Arab Emirates.
- CUSTOMS & DUTIES
You will be liable to any taxes or custom duties incurred. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, so please be sure to investigate before placing an order, as we cannot be held liable for any extra charges.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Should you wish to exchange your item or find something unsatisfactory we are happy to accept returns on the below terms. Please note that we do not allow cash refund however you will be given a store credit which may be used to purchase a replacement item.
- Returns are only accepted within 14 days from the date it was received
- Products can only be returned if they are unworn, undamaged and properly protected
- Products which are on sale cannot be returned
- Return shipping will be at your own cost – we recommend using a secure delivery service as we cannot be held liable for anything lost or damaged
- Returns due to a manufacturing default will be exchanged for the same product and we will bear the cost of shipping
REPAIRS
Whilst we can repair most problems, some of them will come with a price tag. KREOLOR will take full responsibility for any manufacturing fault related issues and will repair your damaged item free of charge. Any other damages will depend on the nature of the repair needed.
